    With a solid foundation in culinary arts as a chef and pastry chef, Kent has left an indelible mark on the gastronomy industry since 1996. His passion and dedication have not only resulted in successful participation in cooking competitions but also in impressive experience at several prestigious Guide Michelin restaurants.  In 2001, Kent stepped into the role of a sommelier, dedicating every waking moment to deepening his knowledge of the world's wines. Despite extensive global exploration, France remains the focal point of Kent's profound expertise in wine. Kent's unique strength lies in his ability to master the art in a high-class kitchen and simultaneously lead a dining room with exceptional elegance and quality.

    His notable achievements include:

    2018: Inducted as a member of the prestigious French Sommelier Association (ASI)

    2019: Vice president of the Swedish Sommelier Association (ASI)

    2022: As the first Swedish team leader, he secured the gold medal in the Junior World Championship in Sommelier

    2022: Awarded the title "Champagne Krug Lover" in recognition of his exceptional contributions

    2023: Adoubé chevalier de la Commanderie de Bordeaux

    Kent is not just a master in culinary arts but also a recognized authority in the world of wines. His impressive track record and commitment to the industry make him an invaluable resource for exceptional culinary and wine experiences.

    Minna Sundström

    Sommelier

    Minna's unique strength lies in her ability to combine attentiveness and constant curiosity with strong self-assurance, creating an environment where guests feel truly seen and appreciated. Her exceptional skill in leading guest management and stimulating meaningful wine discussions has made her a pivotal figure in the dining experience.

    Her key milestones include:

    2019: Earned the title of sommelier, setting the stage for her future accomplishments.

    2020: Completed a degree from IHM Business School, enhancing her strategic approach to marketing and social media.

    2021: Became one of the driving forces behind Studio Nian/GastroVin, contributing to the company’s success and growth.

    Today, Minna is an invaluable part of Studio Nian/GastroVin, where her leadership and vision continue to drive the company forward. Her strategic thinking and commitment to quality have solidified her position as a key figure in the industry.

    With experience at prestigious establishments such as Bank Hotel, DOMA, and Foli, Minna has worked alongside some of Sweden’s leading sommeliers, further refining her professional expertise.

    Minna, together with Kent, is now eagerly anticipating the opportunity to welcome guests to Villa Ciel and Vence, where they look forward to combining their passion for France with exceptional hospitality.
